Shipping policy

IOWACLAYCO. uses USPS First-Class to ship your order. This can take anywhere between 2-7 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

Order Confirmation

Items are shipped after processing (1-2 business days) using USPS. In addition to an order confirmation email, I will send you a shipping confirmation email. 

Delivery Times

Update: Due to Covid-19 you may expect delays in your order.

My delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to my shipping provider, arrival times are out of my control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

IOWACLAYCO, LLC are not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by USPS
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery
